1. Brief
Tell us what you need. Whether it's building brand awareness, driving leads, or scaling your business, share your goals, budget, and timeline, and we’ll take it from there. We’ll turn your needs into a clearly articulated brief that sets out the context and background, pinpoints the challenge and desired outcomes. We will work with you to set the appropriate budgets, timelines and deliverables as part of our briefing process. All you need to do is talk it through with us and we’ll do the rest.
2. Match
Once we have the brief defined we get to work. We blend deep marketing expertise, knowledge of the agency ecosystem and unique data to identify the perfect agency for your brief. 3. Select
Once we have a shortlist we will share the details of the selected agencies and why they have been matched to your brief. We will then set up your meetings and provide you with a briefing ahead of the call to ensure you, and the agency, go into the meeting properly prepped. You’ll have three valuable meetings with some of the best agencies in the UK from which you can make an informed and speedy selection.
4. Manage
We’re here for the long haul, not just the initial connection. From contracts, to onboarding to performance tracking, we provide the tools and support you need to make sure your agency partnership is smooth and successful. We work with you and your agency after the initial selection to make sure you both are set up for success. After our initial introduction we can provide additional services (on demand) including commercial negotiation, contracting, KPI’ setting, performance tracking as well as quarterly and annual review management and optimisation. We can be with you to support as long as you need us.
