1. Introduction

Welcome to M10N ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to both Brands (companies seeking agency services) and Agencies (service providers applying for and purchasing leads).

2. Definitions

  • Brand: A company or individual using M10N to find and connect with Agencies.

  • Agency: A service provider applying for and purchasing leads via M10N.

  • Lead: Information provided to an Agency about a Brand interested in their services.

  • Service: The platform and services offered by M10N, including the matching of Brands and Agencies.

For Brands

3. Free Use of the Platform

M10N is free for Brands to use. By submitting a brief or engaging with the platform, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information to facilitate agency matching.

4. Brand Responsibilities

Brands must:

  • Provide clear, accurate, and complete details when submitting a brief.

  • Respond promptly to communications from Agencies introduced via M10N.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their engagement with Agencies.

5. No Guarantee of Match

While we strive to connect you with suitable Agencies, we do not guarantee successful matches, outcomes, or results from any agency relationship initiated via our platform. We reserve the right to refuse a brief or withdraw a match.

6. Relationship with Agencies

M10N is not a party to any agreement between Brands and Agencies. Any contracts, deliverables, or disputes arising between the two parties are solely their responsibility.

7. Additional Services and Consulting Fees

If a Brand requests M10N to engage in additional services beyond the initial matching process, we reserve the right to charge a consulting fee. Any such fees will be outlined and agreed upon prior to the provision of these additional services.

For Agencies

8. Registration and Approval

Agencies must register and be approved to participate on the M10N platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.

9. Fees and Payment

Agencies agree to:

  • Pay a cost per lead as determined by M10N.

  • Pay a commission on successful sales as outlined in the agreement between the Agency and M10N.

  • Make payments promptly, as per the invoicing terms provided by M10N.

  • Pay the introduction fee prior to any meeting or interaction with the Brand.

  • Pay the introduction fee regardless of the outcome of the match, including instances where the Brand does not attend meetings or if the interaction is unsuccessful.

10. Lead Quality

While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of leads, we do not guarantee the conversion or suitability of any lead provided. It is the Agency’s responsibility to follow up and evaluate leads.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds for leads will only be considered in cases where the lead is demonstrably invalid (e.g., incorrect or non-existent contact details). All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the lead.

12. Agency Conduct

Agencies must:

  • Use leads solely for their intended purpose and not for unsolicited marketing or spamming.

  • Provide accurate and honest information about their services.

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of Brand information provided via the platform.

General Terms

13. Privacy Policy

All users agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of personal data on the platform.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the M10N website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to M10N. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

15. Limitation of Liability

M10N is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services. This includes, but is not limited to, disputes between Brands and Agencies.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform for any user who violates these terms.

17. Modifications

M10N reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
